Terms of Service
§ 1 General 1. These Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Service, have been drawn up to set out the detailed terms and conditions and rules for the use of the services offered by Paulina Krol and employees conducting business activity under the name New Style, postal address: 443 Gloucester Road, BS7 8TZ, Bristol. 2. The condition for using the Services offered is that the client has read and accepted the Terms of Service.
§ 2 Glossary of Terms Clarification of basic terms: 1) Salon means conducting business activity under the name New Style postal address: 443 Gloucester Road, BS7 8TZ, Bristol. 2) Service means the services provided by the Salon, the detailed scope of which is indicated in the Offer, 3) Offer means the range of Services offered to Clients by the Salon, consisting in particular of cosmetic treatments; a detailed Offer is available at Our facebook page or fresha booking system, 4) Client means the person using the Services offered by the Salon.
§ 3 General Principles of Service Provision 1. The Salon provides Services onsite at the premises, at the address: 443 Gloucester Road, BS7 8TZ, Bristol 2. The Salon provides Services from Tuesdays to Saturdays. The Salon is closed on public holidays and Sundays & Mondays 3. The services provided by the Salon are performed with due diligence and with the highest quality of Services. 4. The Salon strictly adheres to the rules of hygiene and safety when providing the Services. 5. The Salon disinfects and sterilises the tools used during the Services.
6. The Salon declares that the persons performing the Services for the Client have the required authorisations to perform the Services. 7. The scope of the Service to be provided to the Client is agreed on a case-by-case basis. 8. A person of full age can become a Client of the Salon. Persons under the age of 18 may use the Salon Services with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. 9. Services performed by the Salon are chargeable, according to the price list. The Salon provides the following payment methods: payment in cash or via payment link.
§ 4 Information for the Client 1. Prior to the performance of the Service, the Client is obliged to inform the Salon of any contraindications to the Service, including but not limited to health contraindications, allergies or dermatological problems, among others, related to the skin. 2. The Salon is also entitled to take a written statement from the Client about their health condition. 3. The Client is obliged to reliably provide the information necessary for the correct performance of the Service.
4. If doubts arise as to the safety of the Service, a Salon employee has the right to refuse to provide the Service to the Client. 5. The Client is obliged to inform the Salon employee of any deterioration of their well-being during the Service. 6. After the Service has been performed, the Salon employee provides the Client with recommendations, including care instructions, which the Client should strictly adhere to. 7. The Salon is not liable for any complications following the Service or for the lack of the desired effects in the event that they are the result of the Client failure to follow the instructions given and to carry out the recommended home care.
§ 5 Salon Appointments 1. In order to use the Services offered by the Salon, the Client is required to make an appointment in advance. 2. An appointment at the Salon can be booked by calling: 01173294190 or via Booking system on facebook page. 3. When making an appointment, the Client is required to specify the exact Services they wish to use. To this end, the Salon reserves an appropriate period of time necessary for the correct performance of the Service. 4. At the appointment booked by the Client, the Salon employee performs only the Services previously scheduled when booking the appointment.
5. Clients are required to arrive at the Salon on time for the scheduled Service. 6. In exceptional cases, the Client is allowed to be late for an appointment by a maximum of 10 minutes. The Client shall immediately notify the Salon of this fact. This information shall be communicated before the scheduled start time of the appointment to the telephone number indicated in § 5.2. 7. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the Salon has the right to refuse to provide the Service on that day.
8. If the appointment is cancelled, the Client is obliged to notify the Salon of this fact no later than 48 h before the scheduled appointment. This information shall be communicated to the telephone number indicated in § 5.2. 9. Where the booking of an appointment is conditional on an advance payment being made towards the price of the Service, this payment shall be treated as a booking fee. 10.If the booking fee is not paid on time, the salon reserves the right to cancel the visit
Consultation & Patch Test: All new clients requesting colour services must first schedule a consultation and patch test before booking their colour appointment. This ensures the best results and addresses any potential allergies or sensitivities. Booking Fee: A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee must be paid on the same day as the booking to confirm your reservation and is non-refundable. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Please contact us within this timeframe to arrange a new appointment. Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your services, please let us know right away before you leave the salon. We genuinely want to make things right and ensure you leave feeling great. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are committed to addressing any concerns and meeting your expectations. We understand that preferences can change, so we do not take responsibility for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with service choices. Nevertheless, we deeply value your feedback as it helps us to continually improve and provide the best experience possible.
§ 6 Final Provisions 1. Smoking and tobacco and nicotine products, including electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited on the premises referred to in § 3.1. as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages and other types of stimulants and intoxicants. 2. Animals are not allowed on the premises referred to in § 3.1.
3. In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant legislation shall apply. 4. The Salon reserves the right to amend the content of these Terms of Service. Contracts concluded before the date of the amendments to the Terms of Service shall be subject to the provisions of the Terms of Service in force at the time of conclusion of such contracts. 5. The Terms of Service shall enter into force on 13.08.2024
